Blumenshine Law Group Obtains $507,000 Jury Verdict for Injured Client Against Transit Authority

Our client Atef Tumizeh sustained a right shoulder rotator cuff tear as a result of a collision with a left turning bus. The last settlement offer before trial was $95,000. After several days of argument and evidence, the jury found in favor of the plaintiff, Mr. Tumizeh on August 13, 2018.
